This project was a large scale remodel of a row house in Washington DC. The homeowners purchased the house and wanted to remodel the property before moving in. We designed new floorplans, placed new fixtures and modern appliances, upgraded the lighting, and put in new windows to allow for more natural light. Our team put together the permit package for DCRA and also assisted the owners with selecting a general contractor.
