This project was for a real estate developer who purchased multiple abandoned and/or condemned properties on the same street. The intent of this project was to completely gut all of the properties and convert them to either multi-use or multi-unit properties. We created multiple concept options for the client to explore, and superimposed the Revit models into a photo of the city block to show DHCD what the rehabilitated street would look like. Our concepts were provided to a partnering design firm to carry them through permitting.
