This project was for a returning customer who wanted to expand on their previous home addition. The customer wanted to replace their existing deck which wrapped around the rear of the house, and add a pool with a Suite over top of it. We designed a few concepts for them to review before they ultimately chose the design below. This design features a new high quality wood composite deck with high traffic waterproof seal, Bathroom with shower at pool level, a “Master Suite” with full spa bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. The pool area has a photochromic glass enclosure, providing a wonderfully unique feature for a truly unique home addition.
