A local real estate agent purchased this property and wanted to remodel it before putting it on the market. We put together a few different options in which we upgraded fixtures & appliances, modernized the floor plans, and added amenities. The client decided upon a hybrid of two of our options to create what is displayed below. We put together the floor plans and documents required for submission to PGDPIE. Once the remodel was complete the client decided to make the property their own permanent residence.
