Major Renovation + Additions

This project was a total renovation with a few enhancements. The client purchased this rowhouse and completely gutted it out, keeping just the front and rear exterior walls and party walls intact. We designed all new floor plans, a refaced roof with added skylight, and added a second floor deck with spiral staircase leading to a new roof deck. Due to the property’s location permitting for this project went through CHAP and BHCD.
